Pre-Order Request Form
Step 1:
Pre-Order Request Form
Please fill out the pre-order request form at the BOTTOM of the page for the first allocation (30 units) of QC01 “Fading Hours”.
Step 2:
Pre-Order Confirmation
If we are able to fulfill your pre-order request, we will contact you by email within 10 days after you submit your request form. Also, if we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you by email at that time.
Step 3:
Down Payment
If we are able to fulfill your pre-order request, we will require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full purchase price ($25,500 USD) within 7 days to confirm your pre-order. An invoice with wire transfer instructions will be sent with your pre-order confirmation email. If we do not receive the 30% deposit within 7 days, your pre-order request will be cancelled.
Step 4:
Final Payment and Delivery
We will begin delivery roughly 12-36 months from receipt of your deposit. Final Payment (remaining 70% of the purchase price + taxes + applicable shipping fees) will be required before shipping/pickup will be scheduled. We ship worldwide via Fedex, or if you would like to pick up your watch at our workshop in Tokyo, please email our team to schedule a date.

Important Note
There is the possibility that not all pre-order requests can be fulfilled. Confirmation of pre-order requests will be sent out within 10 days after you submit your request form. Deposit due date (30% of purchase price-$25,500 USD) is one week after receiving an email that your pre-order request has been accepted. Your watch will be shipped to your address if you are unable to do a pickup at our workshop in Tokyo. Final payment (remaining 70% of purchase price + taxes + applicable shipping fees) is required for shipment or pickup.
